The 16th edition of The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore’s iconic Super Brunch is back on 2 July 2017. This time you will go on a summer party inspired epicurean journey to the world’s most glamorous beach destinations with unlimited pours of champagnes. The sumptuous brunch extravaganza will have a selection of food spread over the hotel lobby, Chihuly Lounge and Colony restaurant. The first level of the five-star hotel will be transformed to emulate famous beaches spanning the globe including Kailua in Hawaii, Santorini in Greece, Jeju Island in South Korea, Boracay in the Philippines, Ibiza in Spain, and Copacabana in Brazil.
The food highlights will include spit roasted whole lamb, Kaluga queen caviar, whole tuna sashimi, 110 types of international cheeses, coconut marinated chicken, crispy pork belly with liver sauce, seafood tagliatelle, whole pig porchetta, baked stone crab in shell and nitrogen “starfish” meringue.
Be entertained by live DJ, sand artist, dancers, hair-braiding stylist and more. Families and little ones can try their hand at getting temporary decorative tattoos before posing for a memento at our photo booth.
