Sunbird Brewing Company Launches Limited Batch Rose Oolong Pale Ale

Sunbird Brewing Company launched its state-of-the-art brewery at 5 Mandai Link Road in May this year after the brand’s launch in April with four new beer styles including the Pale Ale ‘Fly in Light’, White IPA ‘Birds of Paradise’, Scottish Ale ‘Eclipse of the Sun’ and Belgian Witbier ‘Fluff Up’. The Made In Singapore company creates innovative and true to style quality craft beers.

In July, the limited-batch Ondeh-Ondeh Porter was launched to celebrate Singapore’s 55th birthday. The oozy liquid of gula melaka combined with aromatic coconut and pandan are carefully recreated from scratch through hours of roasting and dedicated brewing for the specialty malt to open-up and produce distinct roasted, caramel flavours.

With mid-autumn festival around the corner, a new Rose Oolong Pale Ale has been brewed exclusively in limited batches by head-brewer and Director of Sunbird Brewing Company Clive Tan.
