The weather these days in Singapore has been blazing hot. And brands are coming up with new flavours just so you can cool down and at the same time get that sugar fix.
Starbucks Launches Summer Frappuccinos
Last week, Starbucks launched two new flavours of Frappuccino blended drinks. The Starbucks Strawberry Cheesecake Frappuccino blended beverage happens to be my favourite. Now you can drink your Srawberry Cheesecake. Topped up with rich whipped cream, this is the ultimate enjoyment for me.
The other new variant is the Starbucks Tiramisu Frappuccino blended beverage which I personally feel lacks the punch of a fantastic Tiramisu. Well it is after all a matter of preference so don’t take my word for it.
Till 22 June, Starbucks is offering a complimentary beverage size-upgrade with every purchase of one summer promotional drink and an Apple Croissant-Doughnut or Chocolate Croissant-Doughnut.
from 23 to 27 June between 3pm and 7pm, you get another Venti-sized Strawberry Cheesecake or Tiramisu Frappuccino blended beverage when you purchase one of the same size.
Häagen-Dazs Launches New Summer Flavour
Häagen-Dazs launches two new flavours for this hot season. Mango and Raspberry ice cream offers a blend of superior mangoes and French raspberry sauce swirled throughout. Available at Häagen-Dazs’ outlets and supermarkets here.
Three new creations featuring the Mango and Raspberry ice cream will be offered at Häagen-Dazs outlets from 17 June to 31 July.
Summer Belle comes with a trail of fresh strawberries and raspberries, scoops of Mango Raspberry and topped with rich chocolate syrup and almond bits.
The Art of Purse-uation offers a pink strawberry ice cream bag with dark chocolate handles and a fondant heart clasp. It is paired with strawberry coverture shoes with layers of strawberry and dark chocolate hearts, peach slices and redcurrants. An inverted dome of Mango and Raspberry ice cream coated in chocolate coverture, finished with chocolate syrup and almond bits for added crunch.
Midsummer Mist is a serving of white chocolate and crushed pistachio embossing the Midsummer Mist, with Mango and Raspberry ice cream encased within the perfume bottle. Green Tea ice cream coated in crushed pistachios or almond bits form a cubicle gem. Served with fresh strawberries and raspberries and drizzled with rich chocolate syrup.
