Wine Lust 2022

Sixth Edition of Wine Lust by 1-Group returns

1-Group’s annual Wine Lust returns from 12 August to 10 September 2022 across the group’s seven iconic and heritage dining properties in Singapore. Each of the seven participating outlets will be showcasing carefully curated labels in three programmes – wine and dine, retail, and events.

“Meet the Winemaker” at Botanico features a wine-pairing dinner on 25 August. Rhône producer E Guigal will be one of this year’s highlights with a curated list of wines scoring above 90 points showcased at The Summerhouse over a four-course wine pairing menu. Una, at the Alkaff Mansion, will showcase a Fall in Spain five-course wine pairing dinner. Highlights include Txangurro al Horno (baked gratinated crab in scallop shell) or Wagyu A La Pariila (char-grilled wagyu striploin).
