19 April 2011, Singapore – Singapore International Culinary Exchange (SPICE) campaign helmed by IE Singapore, SPRING Singapore and Singapore Tourism Board, will launch Singapore Takeout as a key initiative to introduce Singapore’s cuisine, culinary talent and products globally.

What is Singapore Takeout?

A shipping container which transforms into a mobile pop-up kitchen featuring 10 of Singapore’s world-class chefs will set sail to 9 cities (London, Paris, Moscow, New York, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Delhi, Dubai and Sydney) over the next 12 months  to share Singapore food with the world.

Here’s your chance for you to visit the Singapore Takeout Container and sample new flavours & textures by Singapore’s very own up-and-coming chef Janice Wong before it sets sail for its first pit stop in London in June 2011.  You would have to try the specially-crafted Takeout menu by Chef Janice Wong’s of 2am dessertbar.
