1. Matsusaka Beef Fair at Japan Food Town, Wisma Atria
Enjoy the mable-lous beauty of Japan’s most expensive and premium Matsusaka Beef right in Singapore. Happening from 1 to 11 September 2016, Wisma Atria’s Japan Food Town will be bringing in specially commissioned beef from Matsusaka (fancy certificates and all included!) for our enjoyment.
10 stores will be presenting this fine slices in various dishes. Want to fully encapsulate the wagyu flavour of the beef? Then go for Shabu Shabu Tajimaya, where prices start from S$50.90/pax for lunch (fixed amount) to S$129.90/pax for all-you-can-eat dinner (90 minutes). Or, have it perfectly grilled at Osaka Kitchen, where they will be presenting the tenderloin and sirloin simply with some wasabi and yuzu salt.
There’s also Tsujiki Sushi Takewaka, who will be serving the beef aburi style and in a roll topped with decadent sea urchin or fish roe. The list goes on, and diners can even go for some beer or sake after the meal at Dasai Sake Bar or Bar Nippon afterwards!
