Seafood lovers, Marriott Café is offering over 50 seafood specials at their dinner buffet spread but for a limited two weeks ending on 15 March 2017. The cost of this sinful decadence is S$88++ per adult and S$44++ per child. The seafood spread is on top of the usual offering including the salad station, live carving stations of tender, juicy roasts including the ever popular roast pork saddle with prune and pancetta stuffing and dessert and cheeses section.
Our favourites include the Gratinated French Seafood and Fish Cassolette and that Seafood Bouillabaise that goes well with some sour dough or even rice. All that seafood richness in a dish will get you returning for more than a serving.
No buffet is complete without seafood on ice. Oh… Those snow crab legs, freshly shucked oysters, Boston lobsters, crayfish, clams and mussels. Can we have some more right now!! There will also be local flavours for your enjoyment. Look out for the Singapore Chilli Crab, Spicy Lala Clams, Salted Egg Prawns. The Crudo station features cold cuts of honey and soya sauce marinated salmon; scallop ceviche; haddock; beetroot marinated salmon and more.
