Cafe Brio at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel has a limited time Seafood buffet from 14 October to 17 November 2013.  Seafood is prepared in Western, Thai and Peranakan style everyday as well as a la minute at the outdoor barbeque and teppayanki stations during weekends.

Some highlights include crabs served fried Singapore Style and wok fried with ground white pepper, braised garoupa fillet in traditional Nyonya buah keluak sauce as well as grilled oceanic mixed seafood gratinated with yuzu Hollandaise sauce and fresh chervil and Thai style yellow curry tiger prawn with baby eggplant. The baked Norwegian salmon “Wellington” with prawn and muissel served with crustacean cream and baked roasted prime whole rib served with truffle jus and char-grilled vegetables will bound to whet your appetite.

As in all buffet spreads, Canadian oyster, mud crab, New Zealand green mussel, snow crab leg, scallop with roe, chilled tiger prawn and scampi are available on the seafood cold station.

There is also free flow of sushi and sashimi at the Japanese live stations.

Lunch Buffet is served from Monday to Friday at S$48++ for adults and S$24++ for children.  Dinner Buffet from Monday to Thursday costs S$58++ for adults and S$24++ for children. Dinner on Friday to Sunday costs S$68++ for adults and S$34++ for children.
