Low cost carrier Scoot has increased its meal selections to 25 in its refreshed menu and has also included a new “All-Time Favourites” section.
Scoot’s new menu is split into Premium Selections, All Time Favourites, Hot Meals, Sandwiches, Snacks and Ice Cream and Beverages.
- Premium Selections – If you were flying from Singapore – Taipei – Tokyo route, you can choose from the Nasi Lemak or Stir Fried Udon with Sliced Pork and Vegetables. Different selections are available based on where you are flying to. In fact there are thirteen different sets and only one Premium Selection is offered on any given route. Each Premium set meal comes with the main course, water, Haagen Dazs icecream and a salad. Premium Selections start from S$21.99
- All Time Favourites Combos with a Coke or Heaven & Earth Jasmine Green Tea – Choose from the Chicken Cacciatore Pie, Prata with Fish Curry, Beef Kway Teow and Hearty Chicken Salad with Cut Fruits from S$17 (Available for pre=purchase only)
- Hot Meals Combos with a Coke or Heaven & Earth Jasmine Green Tea and Sour Cream or Original Pringles – Choose from Baked Chicken Mushroom Rice, Thai Red Curry Vegertarian with Mixed Brown Rice or the Chef’s Choice Beef Bourguignon Pasta Stew from S$17
- Sandwiches Combos with a cold drink and Pringles potato chips – Choose from the hot favourite – Chicken Ham & Cheese Croissant or the Roast Beef with Caramelised Onion Wrap or Roasted Vegetables Wrap and for the kids – Chicken & Beef Cheese Hotdog from S$15
Snacks and Ice Cream start from S$2 for the Seng Choon Instant Egg and up to S$8 for the Value Choice Snack pack. Haagen Dazs Belgian Chocolate or Vanilla Ice Cream are also available at S$6.
A selection of beers or wine is available on board from S$7 while soft drinks, juices and mineral water and hot beverages are available from S$4. Gourmet coffee or tea from Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf are also available. You have a choice of Mocha Latte, English Breakfast Tea, Chamomile Tea or a refreshing Sparkling Apple Tea.
