Chill and relax at Sarang Korean Bistro with their new Korean Tapas menu and toast to Sarang Soju Bomb (Mix of Soju & Korean Beer) after a rewarding day in Orchard Road. Located on Level 7 of Orchard Central, the new menu features both traditional Korean and fusion inspired tapas created by Chef Jung Yun Yur formerly from Lotte Hotel in Seoul. Besides the new menu, Sarang introduces a new look that features a covered alfresco area fitted with wooden furniture with touches of greenery that mimics a bistro by the park high above the bustling streets of Orchard Road.
Some of the must try tapas dishes include the Kimchi Pancakes(S$8), Spicy Beef Japchae(S$8), Crispy Tofu with Kimchi Sauce(S$5.50) and especially the Sarang Nachos(S$9.5) which is so addictive that it makes you forget about your expanding waistline.
