Check out The Clifford Pier’s Riveria Brunch on 19 and 20 September at The Fullerton Bay Hotel. For S$198++ per person, enjoy free flow of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut with an international selection of seafood, or pair the food with free flow of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs at S$228++ and S$398++ for Dom Perignon.

The Fullerton Bay Hotel’s Rooftop Bar Lantern offers exciting pre and post race celebrations with a view of the Fullerton Hairpin Turn.

18 September – Garden Party – 7pm to 9pm – Enjoy free flow of Champagne, beer, wine and selected cocktails for two hours as well as a complimentary snack platter.

19 September – Brazilian Party – 7pm till late – Samba with dancers to the beats by the live band, percussionist and Lantern’s resident DJ

20 September – Race Day Party – 9pm till late – Groove to the tunes of Guest DJ Sanakan from France who will be spinning through the night.

Enjoy bites or specially concocted Grand Prix Cocktails at The Fullerton Hotel’s Post Bar. The alfresco terrace at Post Bar is adjacent to the Fullerton Hairpin Turn. Grand Prix cocktails such as Sweet Finish, Fuel Up and Fullerton Hairpin Red are priced at S$22 nett each with bites priced at S$15 each.
