PS.Cafe has collaborated with Tanglin Gin Distillery to launch the special edition PS.Cafe Verandah Gin that combines traditional botanicals with coconut, lemongrass, pandan leaves, fresh lemon peel and fragrant spices. The fresh and fragrant distillation can be enjoyed over ice as a sipping gin, or combined with a splash of Indian tonic with a slice of lime.
Three cocktails have been created with the new PS.Cafe Verandah Gin and are available at PS.Cafe outlets, Jypsy and Chopsuey Cafe. Enjoy the Gin with Fever Tree Indian tonic water and a spritz of lime to appreciate the flavours of PS.Cafe Verandah Gin. The Gin & Tonic is priced at S$19++.
Have the PS.Cafe Verandah Tom Collins (S$22++) for a refreshing cocktail that brings you on a vacation by the beach. Pineapple, lime juice, coconut syrup, soda, luxardo cherries topped with toasted coconut flakes. Now doesn’t that sound like a vacation?
The PS.Cafe Verandah Gin Fizz is not available yet but do look out for it. This thirst-quencher is shaken with pineapple and lime juice, egg white, coconut syrup, soda and topped with toasted coconut flakes. You’ll have a jolly good time with great food too!
You can also grab a bottle to enjoy at home at S$98 from PS.Cafe outlets at Harding Road, Palais Renaissance, One Fullerton, East Coast Park and Tiong Bahru. Available in limited quantities.
