Peppermint Offers a Limited Time Spread of Peranakan Dishes

In the mood for all-you-can eat Peranakan feasting? Peppermint at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay has launched a Peranakan spread of 20 favourites until 11 April 2021 with up to 50% off when you charge to certain Credit Cards. Peppermint was formerly known as Aquamarine in the then Marina Mandarin.

Start the meal with a tiffin carrier of rich and tender Ayam Buah Keluak and Nyonya Chap Chye with Butterfly Pea Rice to share. This is served to every table even without you having to order it.

Hee Peow Tang Fish Maw Soup

A hot bowl of Hee Peow Tang is filled with generous portions of fish maw and full of flavours that will make you want to order more, especially on a wet rainy day.

Ikan Kuah Ladah is not a dish I am familiar with. Juicy stingray has been simmered in rich kuah lada gravy that has been enhanced with turmeric and peppercorn. It was truly a treat. The Ayam Goreng Rendang was a dish of fried and tender chicken with rendang instead of the usual braised chicken. The Itek Sio braised duck leg is served with tamarind and coriander. The spicy Udang Assam Nanas features freshwater prawns simmered in pineapple assam gravy.

If your are at Peppermint for dinner, enjoy the slow cooked Tajima Wagyu Beef Shortribs Satay. This has been chargrilled and slow-cooked for 12 hours. Chef made a special rempah marinade of coconut and lemongrass from the restaurant’s urban farm.

End the meal with a delectable selection of Nyonya Kuehs, Durian Pengat, Chestnut Taco, Chendol Cake or Ondeh Ondeh.

This à la carte buffet lunch is priced at S$65++ per adult and S$32.50++ per child for lunch. Dinner is priced at S$88++ per adult and S$44++ per child.
