One-Ninety Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore has kicked off their first guest shift for 2023 with Head Bartender Keith Motsi and Assistant Bartender Graham Kimura from Virtù, the cocktail and cognac lounge at Four Seasons Otemachi.

The guest shift was in partnership with Monkey Shoulder, Hendrick’s Gin and Fever Tree. Four specially curated cocktails were available to guests at a very full house bar last night from 7 pm to 11 pm.

Most of the cocktails were refreshing cocktails. Hibiscus + Pisco Fizz, a favourite fizz amongst us, contained Peruvian brandy, Hendricks Gin, aromatised vermouth and fever tree soda. The other two were on the sweeter spectrum. The Yuzu Rum & Honey contained dark rum, gin, white citric honey, yuzu extract and Fever Tree tonic while the Grapess++ is made with Mediterranean tonic, muscat, Hendricks Gin, Champagne and Citrus. The Signature Highball featured a blended whisky with Fever Tree soda, Virtue plum umeshu and Hinoki bitter.
