Nutmeg & Clove Celebrates 7th Anniversary With Guest Shifts in May

Happy 7th Anniversary Nutmeg & Clove

Nutmeg & Clove turns 7 years old in May. To celebrate, the award winning cocktail bar will launch “HERE IN SPIRIT”, a collection of 7 guest shifts with Bartender friends from around the world. Guest bartenders cannot be in Singapore physically. Instead a locally based bartender or brand ambassador has been nominated to make the guest bartenders’ drinks on their behalf.

Over the past few years, we have followed Colin Chia on the Nutmeg & Clove journey seeing different iterations of the cocktail menu as well as getting acquainted with various members of the team. Together with our friends at Spirited Singapore, we have been through a few menu refreshes at the old Ann Siang Hill outlet to the introduction of bottled cocktails during circuit breaker to the opening at Purvis Street.

Join in the HERE IN SPIRIT Festivities

Each guest shift features a local restaurant/food brand. All the events have two seatings at 6 pm and 8.15 pm. Nutmeg & Clove is located at 8 Purvis Street.

“2019 was such a tough year for everyone including us. We had to close for about 10 months, longer than many other cocktail bars in Singapore and then worst of all we had to move to new location as our Ann Siang location can no longer operate as a F&B outlet. Together with the team, I did not want to just organise another guest shift which is why decided to go with a fun concept of impersonating overseas bartenders and also introducing a collaboration with local restaurants to offer a full experience and celebrate our 7th Year in style in our new location with lots of Fun, Delicious Cocktails and Food!”

Colin Chia, Founding Owner, Nutmeg & Clove

Congratulations Colin Chia and team on your 7th anniversary! It has been great following you on your journey. To many more anniversaries, laughter, friendship and good times.
