Nine Restaurants from Singapore made to top 50 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024 list

Singapore leads the number of Top 50 restaurants in this year’s Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants rankings with nine entries, welcoming newcomers Seroja (31) and Lolla (43). Seroja also received this year’s Highest New Entry Award, sponsored by Nongshim. Chef Julien Royer’s Odette has consistently ranked in top 10 since 2017. Dave Pynt’s Burnt Ends ascends nine spots to No. 15. while Jason Tan’s Euphoria lands at No. 20. Born climbs five spots to No. 25.

The live awards ceremony was held today in Seoul, Korea, in collaboration with host destination partners the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Created from the votes of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy, an influential gender-balanced group of 318 experts made up of food writers and critics, chefs, restaurateurs and regional culinary leaders, this year’s list includes restaurants from 19 cities across the region and eight new entries.
