Durian season has never been so delicious — or stylish. From 1 March to 10 August 2025, Goodwood Park Hotel rolls out the red carpet for its iconic Durian Fiesta. This year it celebrates not just the king of fruits but also the hotel’s 125th anniversary. Expect a full-blown durian spectacular. Expect imaginative new desserts, returning crowd-pleasers, a buffet that’s basically a rite of passage, and a mascot bear you didn’t know you needed.
What’s New on the Menu?
The hotel’s pastry team has gone all out this year, debuting a line-up of showstoppers:
- Mini D24 Spikey Duo – These split-durian-shaped desserts aren’t just photogenic, they’re packed with D24 durian mousse and a fragrant pandan twist.
- D24 Lychee Lime Sensation – A refreshing, zesty counterpoint to the rich durian base, layered with lychee mousse, jelly, and gold leaf.
- D24 Blueberry Dream – Encased in a glossy blueberry glaze, this one’s all about fruity contrast with a hidden durian heart.
- D24 Blossoming Trio – Three elegant edible flowers with surprising flavour combinations like pandan, sweet potato, and coffee.
- D24 Ice Cream Ring of Joy – Think doughnut-shaped durian ice cream with white or milk chocolate shells, sprinkled with edible pearls and flowers.
The Legendary Durian Dessert Buffet Returns
Available Fridays to Sundays (and public holiday eves) from 4 April to 10 August, the Durian Dessert Buffet at Coffee Lounge is back. New highlight? The Torched Marshmallow Durian Ice Cream – gooey outside, creamy D24 inside. Also on the table: Fluffy Durian Pancakes, D24 Sourdough Pizza, and an impressive selection of durian and non-durian desserts. Prices start at S$50++ for top-up, or S$65++ as a standalone dessert buffet.
Anniversary Specials & Takeaway Highlights
To mark the 125th milestone, two special bundles at S$125 nett are available through March:
- Extravagant Durian Dessert Bundle: Includes Spikey Duo, D24 Puffs, Crepe, Mousse Cake and even a Mao Shan Wang ice cream tub.
- Classic Durian Dessert Bundle: Features a whole 1kg mousse cake, 10 D24 puffs, and a crêpe.
