JuChunYuan Singapore serves regional cuisine from Fuzhou. Fuzhou dishes are known for their well-chosen ingredients, beautiful colour, fresh seasoning and strict operation during cooking. The Singapore outlet is adapted in whole from the original restaurant in China.

For S$388+, a special menu for your Mother for six to eight people featuring traditional dishes such as the Fuzhou Red Wine Chicken, ‘Pa Shao’ Stewed Pork Belly or the Drunken Live Prawns with Hua Tiao Wine and Ginseng has been prepared by the culinary team helmed by Master Chef Li Yan, the sixth generation original JuChunYuan Chef.

For larger families, there is the set menu for eight to 10 people at S$588+. This set menu comes with Stir-fried Pacific Lobster with Broccoli in Fresh Tomato Sauce, Steamed Live Soon Hock Fuzhou Style and complete with Fuzhou Yam Pudding dessert.

You can also add the Original 1876 Buddha Jumps Over The Wall at S$58+ per portion instead of the usual S$88+.
