1. Honey Chocolate Collection from Shang Palace, Shangri-La Hotel
Chocolate has found its place in our Mid-Autumn festival amidst the soft, dewy snow-skins, but let’s take it up a notch. Let’s give it the starring role it deserves.
In comes Shang Palace’s Honey Chocolate Collection; a luscious combination of everything we love in a chocolate truffle and the handcrafted aesthetics of a traditional moon-cake, with a touch of Tasmania Leatherwood Honey.
Chocolate lovers are sure to go ga-ga over this platter of treats. The gastronomic journey starts off with the aromatic White Chocolate Passion Fruit with Mango, Milk Chocolate and Salted Toffee, Roasted Sicilian Pistachio and, finally, the Dark Chocolate. Have it in this exact order, preferably with a sweet glass of Muscat Beaumes de Venise, and have your Mid-Autumn festivities redefined.
The “Honey Chocolate Collection” will be retail at S$88 for 8 pieces, with 2 pieces of each flavour at the lobby of Shangri-La Hotel from 28 July to 15 September 2016. It will be sold alongside baked mooncakes, retailing at S$75 for Shang Palace Four Treasures and S$88 for Shang Palace Mini Eight Treasures.
