  • Baked Mooncake with Mixed Berries : S$59 nett for a box of 4
  • Baked Mooncake with home made XO Chilli Sauce and Mixed nuts : S$59 nett for a box of 4
  • Baked Mooncake with Dong Quai and Single Yolk : S$56 nett for a box of 4
  • Baked Mooncake with Pandan and Single Yolk : S$56 nett for a box of 4

For the adventurous individual, you should try out the baked Mooncake with Home Made XO chili sauce and mixed nuts. Jiang-Nan Chun’s signature XO Chilli sauce and mixed nuts will tantalize your taste buds with a savoury flavour.

If you are into traditional herbs, you will know that Dong Quai or Angelica Sinensis (Queen of Herbs) promotes blood circulation to aid healing. Then you may want to try out the Baked Mooncake with Dong Quai and Single Yolk.

Two new flavours that I enjoyed most are the Baked Mooncake with Mixed Berries and the Ying Yang Mooncake with Silver Lotus Paste, Sesame and Water Chestnut.

Fresh cranberries, blueberries and cranberry lotus paste are used to create the Baked Mooncake with Mixed Berries, offering a much healthier choice filled with antioxidants, vitamins and fibre.

The Ying Yang Mooncake with Silver Lotus Paste, Sesame and Water Chestnut is a low-fat, reduced sugar creation that makes a distinct, delectable and wholesome choice.
