Baked mooncakes include the traditional White Lotus Paste with Single/Double Yolk and Melon Seeds (S$55/S$59 for a box of 4), and the popular Parma Ham and Pork Floss with Assorted Nuts (S$59 for a box of 4). This savoury and crunchy mooncake uses 24-months cured Parma ham, a generous amount of assorted nuts plus pork floss and orange peel, giving it texture and great taste.
