Chilean wine label Marques de Casa Concha celebrates Singapore’s 54th National Day with a complimentary Peranakan Cuisine and Fine Wine Masterclass on 7 August 2019 at Bosch Experience Centre. This experience is unfortunately full already.
Chef Tinoq Goh will be will walk through guests on how to prepare three Peranakan dishes.
Chef Tinoq’s home dishes that you will get to prepare include Ayam Limau Purut, chicken simmered in a light and aromatic coconut sauce infused with Kaffir lime leaves, Sotong Hitam, fresh squid cooked in squid ink garnished with onions, red and green chilies and Prawn Sambal Tumis, sautéed fresh large sea prawns cooked in a spicy, sweet & tamarind sauce.
You get to eat what you have prepared and pair them with Marques de Casa Concha wines. There’s a 2018 Rosé, 2016 Chardonnay and a 2017 Pinot Noir. The wine label’s dynamic portfolio represents Chile’s varied terroir. The wines can match a complex range of flavours.
