A new Heritage High Tea is now available at the Atrium Lounge in Marina Mandarin Singapore on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays from 3 pm to 5.30 pm. The high tea is priced at S$38++ per person with a minimum of two people.

A three-tier stand will be filled with delights. Bite into the Croque Monsieur, a sandwich of chicken bak kwa and cheese between two slices of freshly-baked bread and topped with chicken floss. The éclair is filled with durian custard. Enjoy freshly baked raisin scones with pistachio butter, rosemary kaya and clotted cream. This Kueh Pie Tee is special. It is filled with Boston Lobster instead of the usual prawn. Fruit Rojak is served in mini cones.

Look out for that Aromatic Wagyu Beef Puff that is filled with tender wagyu beef cheek stewed in masala curry. This high tea cannot be called heritage without Singapore Chilli Crab which is served with charcoal bun slices. But be warned. It is spicy.  Enjoy the Chicken Rendang wrapped in lotus leaves with glutinous rice.

End off the Heritage High Tea with Ice Cream Bread and gourmet tea or coffee.
