Korean Restaurant Guide Singapore & Hong Kong, a new Korean Restaurant Guide and mobile application for iOS and Android devices featuring 20 Korean restaurants each from Hong Kong and Singapore has been launched by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs in Korea and the Korean Food Foundation.
The list of restaurants offer a range of options for romantic dining, family gatherings, business meetings or casual outings with friends. A team of local food experts including popular food blogger Miss Tam Chiak in Singapore picked out 20 Korean restaurants out of the 150 restaurants operating here in Singapore based on quality of taste, service, hygiene and restaurant interior.

The guidebook also includes “50 Popular Menu Selections” on Korean dishes in Singapore and Hong Kong and “The Story of Korean Food” that raises awareness of Korean food among locals.
The guidebook will be distributed to embassies, Korean Cultural Centres, tourist information centres, university libraries, and Korean language institutes within the two countries for local residents. In Korea, theses will be distributed for free at major airports and in tourist information centres frequented by Singaporean and Hong Kong tourists such as Dongdaemun, Itaewon, Jamsil, and Myeong-dong,
