Buffet lovers who enjoy Malaysian food will be able to feast Johor Palace Delicacies Buffet at Town Restaurant in The Fullerton Hotel Singapore for a limited period from 17 to 27 September 2013. A celebrated culinary expert from Johor has been entitled to ensure the dishes and flavours are authentic.

Enjoy 25 delectable dishes from the buffet spread including

  • Salads – Asma Rojak, Rojak Petis, Gado-gado, Rojak
  • Mains – Chicken, Beef, Seafood, Rice and Noodles including Nasi Briyani, Briyani Daging, Ayam Masak Opor, Sambal Tumis Udang, Sotong Masak Hitam, Ikan Masak Gulai Nenas and Sayur Labu Masak Lemak
  • Chefs at ‘Live’ stations will prepare Laksa Johor, Mee Bandung and Mee Rebus a la minute and make sure you get to enjoy these dishes piping hot. You can also enjoy freshly grilled Satay Ayam at the alfresco terrace.
  • Carving Station – Whole Roasted Lamb and Whole Roasted Chicken
  • Desserts – Kuih Bakar Pisang and Ice Kacang
