Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant Launches New a la carte and Dim Sum Menu using Local Produce

Chinese Executive Chef Victor Lee has curated new mouth-watering dishes using local produce at Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant located at Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy. The new menu incorporates local farm ingredients such as vegetables and fish will be available from 15 April 2022.

New highlights include the curly kale soup with braised crab meat and bean curd (S$20++), baked local barramundi fillet with honey pineapple sauce (S$23++ per serving) and wok-fried local pea sprouts with minced garlic (S$22++). Prices start from $18 for a starter to $26 for mains.

A medley of handcrafted dim sum will also be on the menu. Look out for the Tangerine Peel infused Pork Rib (S$7.80++ per portion), Jia Wei Butterfly Pea Har Gow (S$7.80++ for 3 pieces), Wok-fried Daikon Cake with XO Sauce (S$10++) and more.
