Back by popular demand, Jade Restaurant at Fullerton Hotel will be keeping the A La Carte Dinner Buffet on its menu for good.
Over 50 dishes are offered in the Jade Restaurant A La Carte Buffet so you can enjoy a sumptuous feast in a classy dining ambiance without bursting your budget.
The Jade Restaurant A La Carte Buffet Dinner will be available daily from 6:30pm to 11pm at S$58++ per adult and S$38++ per child (6-11 years old). Add S$10++ per person to enjoy a glass of Pierre Jean Chardonnay or Pierre Jean Merlot.
The basic menu offers a wide selection of dishes made from beef, lamb rack, grouper, abalone and even Chilean sea bass. If your budget permits, you can select premium add on like Peking Duck, bird’s nest and lobster dishes for your indulgence. Here are some recommended dishes from the menu:
Both Roasted Five-Spiced Crispy Pork Belly and Deep-Fried Prawns Coated with Passion Fruit Mayonnaise are great appetizers to start the meal. Ladies will love the prawns much as it adds that fruity and refreshing punch to the dish.
Steamed Chilean Sea Bass with Preserved Olives and Almond Cream with Yam Paste are my personal favourites. The fresh taste from the Chilean sea bass compliments beautifully by the preserved olives just makes me crave for a bowl or porridge to go along with it.
Nothing fancy but just great old school taste of almond and yam paired together. Not too sweet, everything is just right for me. I think those are reasons why I still crave for it.
The following dishes come with an additional charge but the prices are really a bargain from their original cost. The Braised Bird’s Nest with Truffle Egg White in Superior Broth only at S$9++per pax is really a steal. The portion is big, so those with small appetite may be full after this rich & delectable dish.
Golden Man Tou stuffed with Chilli Crab Meat is perfect for those who find eating chilli crab MESSY. Now you can have all the heavenly goodness of chilli crab all in one bite. No more dirty hands, just chilli crab oozing out from the crispy bun.
To bring your buffet dinner to the next level, Jade’s signature dish Simmered Egg Noodles with Boston Lobster in Spring Onion and Ginger Sauce will just do the trick. Noodles cooked to perfection served with juicy and tender Boston lobster. What a great way to end the dinner.
