Philippine Airlines Great Service and In flight Food

In my line of work, carrying a heavy DSLR with many wide angle, macro and zoom lenses is a common albeit a strain on the back and shoulders.  So when it came to our family vacation during Chinese New Year earlier this year, I decided to travel light without the whole shebang and only my archaic but still very useful iPhone 4.

It was some two decades ago when I first flew on Philippine Airlines on my first holiday to The Philippines that is touted as “More Fun In The Philippines” today.

Food has always been the catalyst for a good vacation.  The Philippines has a lot to offer in this aspect.  If you are adventurous there are also the delicacies such as Chicharyon or Balut. Otherwise, the variety of food available makes Philippines a great country for a food trail.  Meanwhile check out the photos below.  Be warned.  Your stomach may growl in the process.
