Pranzo Italiano features Chef Antonio’s pasta dishes including Penne Alfredo Primavera; Fettuccine with Mushroom in Creame Truffle Sauce; and his classic Spaghetti Aglio e Olio Seafood.
There is also a buffet spread of fresh seafood, authentic Italian antipasta and desserts as well as authentic flavours and Italian staples such as Ravioli Ricotta with Spinach, Butter and Sage; Gnocchi, Gorgonzola in Walnut Sauce; Gnocchi Arrabiata; Lasagna Bolognese and Chef Antonio’s Strozzapreti with Spiced Sausage in Tomato Sauce.
