7 February 2013, Singapore – The first and only female Iron Chef from Iron Chef America will helm Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora which is located in the S.E.A. Aquarium in Resorts World Sentosa.  This will be Cat Cora’s first restaurant in Asia.

Cat Cora will showcase her signature Mediterranean-Californian influenced dishes with an Asian flair.   Her food at Ocean Restaurant is characterised by light, simple and healthy dishes, using the freshest produce from sustainable sources around the region.

Highlighted dishes include Coq Au Vin Asia features lemongrass-sake braised spring chicken with roasted ginger accompanied with Thai Chilli and Young Bok Choy;  Sous Vide 48°C King Salmon comes with sustainable caviar;  Prosecco  pear crushed almond, vine tomato jelly and garden cress as well as the “After Eight’ Mint Variation with Chocolate dessert as well as the Artic CHar Mandarin with habanero glaze accompanied with Meyer lemon cous cous and micro cilantro are highly recommended.

Ocean Restaurant offers a full experience where you dine alongside the ocean gallery so that you can enjoy the view of the marine life while dining.  Ocean Restaurant has a capacity of 63 and is open daily for lunch and dinner from 11am to 10.30pm with the last order at 10pm.
