InterContinental Hotels & Resorts properties will be serving out nutritionally balanced meals in their new signature InterContinental Planet Trekkers menu for children. The kids menu is developed by chef Theo Randall and child food expert and best-selling international author Annabel Karmel MBE.
Theo is renowned for creating simple, authentic dishes using only fresh ingredients resulting in being one of the best Italian restaurants in London. Annabel has written over 37 children’s nutrition and cooking books for children.
InterContinental Hotels and Resorts has 181 hotels in more than 60 countries. More than half a million children visit the hotels every year giving InterContinental a platform to offer ‘Food Exploration’ to this segment of guests.
The InterContinental Planet Trekkers Menu is available in all InterContinental Hotels and Resorts in Asia, Middle East and Africa and will be available globally by the end of July 2014.
