Havana Night takes place every Friday at Bob’s Bar, Capella Singapore. Enjoy an evening of life, laughter and live music with delectable Cuban barbecue offering freshly grilled Cuban marinated meats and outdoor mojito bar.
Relive the exclusive island bars that line the Caribbean coast where guests can escape to a tropical paradise leaving the bustle of the city and enjoy a hearty meal fresh off the grill accompanied by a refreshing mojito. Unwind on plush daybeds and sofas in Bob’s Bar’s outdoor terrace and bask in the warm glow of the sunset.
The menu features a selection of barbecue Chicken, Beef, Lamb and Pork Jowl as well as large succulent prawns served with a spicy and tangy Jamaican ‘jerk’ dipping sauce. Don’t forget the Cuban inspired condiments such as Grilled Pineapple Slices, an Ensaladade de Paps which is a Cuban potato salad, Havana Mango Rum Pepper Salsa and Garlic Bread.
Havana Night starts from 6.30pm to 10pm every Friday and barbecue platters start from S$16++ to S$19 ++ for single meat platters and S$28++ for a mix Bob’s Bar Grill platter.
