ANA will offer Ramen dishes from famous ramen noodle chain based in Kyushu, Hakata IPPUDO from 1 June 2013 on First Class and Business Class for all international flights.
Hakata IPPUDO pioneered the launch of Japanese ramen restaurants overseas in New York, Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai. It has bagged awards such as ZAGAT New York in its noodle restaurants category in 2011 and 2012.
Shoyu (soy sauce) soup ramen “Furusato” will be served on Japan – North American routes while Tonkotsu (pork) soup ramen “Sora-ton” will be available on Japan – European routes.
