Grissini Epicure Italian Cuisine at Grand Copthorne Waterfront presents a new Grissini+Nespresso menu until 24 October 2021. As part of SG! Restaurant Week, the 7-course menu comprises three Nespresso-infused creations. Chef Kenny Huang gives a twist to this menu using Nespresso Professional Origins.
Using Nespresso India, he created a Risotto Fegato Con Nespresso with foie gras and 24-months parmigiana-Reggiano. The Wagyu Filetto offers heavier flavours with aromas of toasted cereal and fruity notes from Nespresso Origin Congo. Pair this sweet corn, potato mousse and Brussel sprouts End the meal with Nespresso Tiramisu that imparts soft honey hues from Nespresso Brazil.
