Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, the famous San Francisco premier chocolate manufacturer, launched the Ghirardelli Chocolatier Programme exclusively at their Marketplace, 900 North Point St #52 in San Francisco, USA.
This programme enhances each guest’s ability to experience this famous chocolate in all five senses through live demonstrations and permanent visuals, giving guests a heightened understanding of Ghirardelli chocolate.
Bree Smith, lead Ghirardelli chocolatier, will be on site Wednesday through Sunday, 11am to 7pm demonstrating the chocolate experience from “bean to bar.” Each day, additional chocolatiers will create fresh, hand-crafted products in front of guests, which include slabs offered in milk, dark and white chocolate, with a variety of inclusions, from almonds, sea salt cashew, apricot and more; molded bars in the form of the iconic Ghirardelli light bulb sign or a cable car design; and seasonal molds.
The chocolatier has plans to expand this programme to other Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shops in the near future.
