If chocolate is your thing, then you have to head down to The Knolls, the Mediterranean dining restaurant at Capella Singapore in Sentosa Island. Served every Friday evenings from 21 November 2014 till 2 January 2014, the Chocolate and Tea Experience At The Knolls features desserts made from Valrhona Chocolate paired with teas from Gryphon Teas.

The Chocolate and Tea Experience at The Knolls will be served from 6.30pm to 10pm at S$48++ on Fridays. You will get to enjoy a welcome Gryphon tea-infused cocktail or mocktail, the chocolate buffet, free flow tea and a take-home memory bag.

The chocolate desserts are complimented by the hot teas that clears your palate, or as the experts put it, helps you melt the chocolate better.

Embark on a journey to chocolate heaven ten signature Valrhona Chocolate infused desserts including the Chocolate “hamburger” with raspberry and mint featuring Manjari; Salted caramel squares featuring Bahibe Lactee; Mango pavlova with Ivorie chantilly and passionfruit coulis featuring Ivorie; Cognac dark chocolate bunyols featuring Guanaja and more.

Don’t miss the caffeine-free Chocolate Gingerbread tea which is a rooibos creation that combines chocolate, caramel and ginger. If you prefer a tea that is infused with fruit notes of strawberry and champagne, then check out the caffeine free Strawberry Champagne blend. The third choice would be Winter Love, a single origin black tea sprinkled with copper airy dust topped with notes of forrest berries, nutmeg, blue flowers and vanilla.
