1 October 2011, Singapore – Today marks the start of the International Breast Cancer Awareness month and FIJI Water has pledged to donate 1% of its total October sales from the food and beverage sector in Singapore to the Breast Cancer Foundation.

“FIJI Water is pleased to play a key role in rallying its food and beverage partners to support Breast Cancer Foundation in their goal to raise breast cancer awareness in Singapore,” said Grace Jeon, Senior Vice President, Global Business Development, FIJI Water. “As a company FIJI water takes pride in our efforts to support international social and environmental causes.”

The Breast Cancer Awareness Month has been an annual worldwide affair that was started in America in October 1985 as a means to spread the message of early mammograms as the best weapon against breast cancer.

So pick up a bottle of FIJI Water at any of your restaurants, cafes or bars from 1 to 31 October 2011.
