Keiji Heng, the sake authority at Kabuke, has established a space dedicated to educating aficionados and enthusiasts about the intricacies of Japan’s beloved sake.

Come here for ala carte sake flights or guided sake-tasting experiences. We attended a tasting session in August that focused on sake made with Omachi rice which is an heirloom strain grown in Okayama and Hiroshima.
