You have a choice of 5 appetisers. There is a soup of the day. I had the Homemade Pork Jerky (bak kwa) served as a salad with five spice honey glaze, cucumber and lettuce. There is also a Tangerine Cured Salmon with purple cabbage slaw, orange chips, ginger and plum dressing. For S$8 extra, you can order a Chicken Broth with shitake conpoy, chicken Tortelli and sharkfin melon and dates or the Cappellini Pasta with XO sauce, mascaporne, seaweed crisps and tobikko.

A selection of five items are available to choose from for the mains. The Pink Snapper is served with scallion eloute, shimeiji mushrooms, okra and pickled chillis. The Confit Duck Leg comes with rhurbarb, caramelised shallots, cauliflower puree and chamomile jus. The Westholme Wagyu Petite Tender MS 5/6 is served with asparagus, sweet potato mousseline, mustard seeds and natural jus. Add S$12 for the BBQ Roasted Pork Bell Sliders with pickled carrots, cabbage and steak cut fries. I had the Roasted Tiger Prawns with saffron fregola, sugar snaps and lemongrass bisque. You too can have this for an additional S$38.
