On 29 August 2019, Winestone is presenting an exclusive four-course dinner prepared by newly appointed head chef Eugene Li paired with various bespoke Mouton Cadets from Baron Philippe de Rothschild.

The dinner will include Tuna & Lobster paired with Le Rosé de Mouton Cadet, Green Asparagus Soup with Orange foam paired with Reserve Mouton Cadet Graves Blanc 2016, Confit of Duck Leg & Apple Compote paired with Reserve Mouton Cadet St Emilion 2015 and ends with a Yuzu Mango Cheesecake with Reserve Mouton Cadet Sauternes 2016.

Florent Bouvier from Baron Philippe de Rothschild will be sharing his knowledge and providing insights with regards to appreciating and tasting quality wines. Intriguing trade know-hows to the makings of wine, the tricks in the aromatic and well-bodied wines from Baron Philippe de Rothschild will also be shared.
