Enjoy your afternoon tea indoors at One Ninety Bar or enjoy the fresh air at Garden@One-Ninety amidst lush greenery and natural daylight.

Enjoy delicate creations of sweets and savouries. The six sweets feature yuzu white chocolate bon bon, matcha moss sphere, Sakura mousse cube, strawberry mochi, strawberry cranberry cookie sandwich and the matcha sakura pain de jenes. An absolute enjoyment with every mouthful.

Savouries feature a prawn chawanmushi, egg salad slider, bottarga chive tart with caviar, grilled aubergine and eel sandwich, Saikyo miso foie gras terrine and smoked salmon wasabi sandwich.

The freshly baked vanilla and sakura scones are extremely addictive. Enjoy them while they are still warm with clotted cream, or the Yuzu Posset and Raspberry Lychee Jam.

These will be a hit amongst the ladies. Two Japanese ladies were quite intrigued by the three cocktails we had. I heard a squeal of Kawaii as they looked across our table. I am sure they were not talking about us.

Cocktails created for the Kyoto Afternoon Tea
<em><kbd>Cocktails created for the Kyoto Afternoon Tea L to R Gyakko Suru Haru Sour and Melon Soda<kbd><em>

Three cocktails have been specially created for this afternoon tea. The three cocktails are perfect for the afternoon and are very approachable. The Gyakko Suru seems to be the most spirit-forward of the three. It is made with Tatsumi Gin, umeshu and sakura tincture. My favourite of the three.

The Haru Sour is shaken with Helios Rum, Sake Central Yuzushu, Raspberry, Lemon, Grapefruit and Egg White. The Melon Soda contains Nikka from the barrel, melon liqueur, green tea, rock melon, citrus and soda. Absolutely refreshing.

Each cocktail is priced at S$26++.
