Eastern & Oriental Express, Asia has partnered Australian Chef and Restauranteur Luke Mangan. Its first hosted three day two night journey to Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand on board the Eastern & Oriental Express train will happen on 28 October 2016.
Eastern & Oriental Express’ Executive Chef Yannis Martineau will pair up with Luke Mangan and his team to prepare a signature clean and contemporary menu aboard Asia’s most luxurious train. Go on a morning tour of an exotic food market with Luke before boarding the train in Singapore. On the second day, Luke will host a signing of his latest book ‘Salt, Grill, Fine Dining for the whole family’ and take up the challenge of serving specially created menus from the train’s galley kitchens to guests.

Prices start from US$2,820 per person based on two sharing a Pullman cabin and including all table d’hote meals.
