“QT Hotels have consistently redefined hotel food and beverage experiences and I’m excited to introduce to Singapore – a haven for food enthusiasts – an approachable bar and grill experience in the form of Cygnet. My cooking philosophy starts with sourcing the best ingredients from around the world, cooking with French influence, bringing authenticity to the table, and most of all, having some fun. Cygnet and Rooftop by QT promise to enhance the already vibrant local food and beverage scene, and perfectly complement the eclectic ambience that awaits guests at QT Singapore.”

Cygnet, a brand-new bar and grill will offer a buzzing Manhattan steakhouse vibe. The expert service team, including hosts outfitted by Singapore’s Studio HHFZ and QT’s curated music, enhance the warm ambience. The menu focuses on ingredient integrity and origin, allowing guests to enjoy top-quality proteins and produce with rich flavours. The Steak Library offers premium steaks like Tajima Japanese Wagyu Rump and Australian Grass Fed Riverine Rib Eye, alongside Chef Sean’s signature Duck Fat Roast Potatoes.

The cocktail menu is inspired by New York’s energy with table-side service. An extensive wine list features over 30 wines by the glass from top regions.

The rooftop at QT, renowned in Australia and New Zealand, invites Singapore to a vibrant skyline destination with refreshing cocktails, an extensive beverage list, and an electric, open-air atmosphere. Hotel guests can enjoy tropical spirits, take a dip in the pool, or feast with a Taqueria experience.

These two outlets will open on 6 September 2024 and reservations are open 7 August 2024. QT Singapore is at 35 Robinson Road, Singapore 068876.
