With over 20 different crab delicacies, Hong Kong Chinese Executive Chef Chan Shun Wong, has designed two seven-course crustacean set menus (S$78++ & S$88++ per person) and ten a-la-carte delights (from S$10++ to S$32++) that will make crab lovers drool.
For this seasonal promotion, Chef Chan’s signature Double-boiled Almond Soup with Fish Maw now comes with with fresh crab meat added to the flavourful premium almond soup bring its richness up another level.
The delicious and tasty Braised Ee-fu Noodle with Fish Roe, Crab Meat and Chinese Wine, is smooth and creamy infused in the richness of the sauce. With this dish, there is no such thing as a diet!
Select your favourite type of crab (Alaskan King, Sri Lankan, Cream, Meat and Flower) and have it cooked in one of the eight styles offered:
