Classic Goan fare with strong Hindu and Portuguese culinary influence is being served in the Pearls of India promotion at Kopi Tiam at Raffles City from 17 to 30 June 2013. Brought to you by Executive Chef Amar Chawla from Swissôtel Goa, Pearls of India is here to delight with various favourites.

- Kadhai Paneer – sautéed cottage cheese, spices and fresh onions;
- Dal Makhani – am Indian staple teeming with black lentils and fresh cream and butter.
