Plaza Brasserie at PARKROYAL on Beach Road presents the crab feast buffet under the Best of Asia theme from 5 June to 31 August 2013. Enjoy a range of crab filled apertisers as well as popular variations of crab such as Chilli Crab, Black Pepper crab, Salted Egg Crab, Nonya Curry Crab and more. Soft Shell Crabs are also prepared with noodles such as curry noodle, laksa or mee poh.
The usual mains at the buffet spread will still be available such as Stir Fried Squid with Celery in “XO” Sauce, Oatmeal prawns, Nonya Curry Chicken, Eight Treasure Duck, Steam Fish in “|Hong Kong” Style just to name a few.
