Savour on new dim sum creations by Master Chef Leong Kok Sing this July & August at Summer Palace at The Regent Singapore. These delicate creations emphasise on both presentation and the maintaining freshness & taste of the fine ingredients used.
In July, do not miss out on MUST TRY dim sum dishes such as the Steamed Bamboo Pith with Prawn, Steamed Lobster Dumpling, Duck Meat Bun and Beef Balls in Superior Broth. For desserts, go for the Deep Fried Sesame Ball with Molten Chocolate that oozes out chocolate lava when you bite into the crispy crust. Dim sum dishes start from S$6++ to S$9++.
From 1 to 14 August 2013, in celebration of Singapore’s 48th National Day, Summer Palace will be offering S$48++ set lunch that comes with a unique platter of dim sum inspired by our local delicacies like Steamed Chilli Crab Pau, Satay Dumpling and Sticky Glutinous Rice. Along in the set lunch also includes Summer Palace’s signature dishes like Hot and Sour Soup with Lobster and Assorted Seafood, Deep-fried Ribs in Coffee Sauce with Broccoli, and a simple yet flavourful Stir-fried Rice Vermicelli with Shredded Duck and Seafood.
Lunch is served from noon – 2.30pm from Mondays to Saturdays and 11.30am to 2.30pm on Sundays. For reservations call +656725 3288 or email summerpalace.rsn@fourseasons.com.
