Golden-Roasted Traditions at Brotzeit German Bier Bar & Restaurant
Nothing beats Brotzeit’s gigantic platters when it comes to a celebration. The Christmas Sharing Platter (S$118) is a behemoth spread of everything Bavarian; almond-potato dumplings, crispy pork knuckle, roast pork roulade, veal shank and a selection of veal and venison sausages. Wash it down with their limited edition Kellerbier, or a glass of warm Gluehwein (S$12). The medley of cranberry and cinnamon in the latter is a perfect pair with their Choco Drizzled Waffles (S$12).
