CUT by Wolfgang Puck will be serving the prized and rarely exported Kobe beef in Singapore for the first time for two months from today. Enjoy the fine marbling and melt-in-your-mouth texture of Kobe beef from the Hyogo Prefecture. You can enjoy the specialty Kobe Sirloin, Ribeye and Tenderloin will be grilled over almond wood with a budget of S$210 to S$300.
Before 2012, the prized Kobe beef was never exported out of Japan. In February last year, Macau was the first to import Kobe beef. Over 300 heads are available each year for overseas export to Hong Kong, Macau, United States, Thailand and now Singapore. Quantities are very limited.
