Stamford Catering has launched nine new items for the festive season. A green 3.6 to 4.5 kg turkey has been aptly named the “Hulk” herb crusted green turkey. It is infused and crusted with laksa leaves, coriander, lemongrass and spices. By the way, the Mediterranean Flatbread also goes very well with slices of turkey.
The Baked Honey Lemon Scented Whole Salmon Fillet with Chilli & Lime Cream is a sweet, sour and spicy main that goes fabulously well with a bottle of chardonnay. You an get a bottle of Veramonte Reserva 2018 Chardonnay from Malt Wine Asia at S$43.
The Mao Shan Wang Durian Bread & Butter Pudding with MSW Cream is a favourite with my family and guests when we threw a small party ahead of Christmas.
